Let no one doubt Climate Action Brookline’s commitment to climate action, our energy, and our eagerness to work assertively in pursuit of our climate objectives.
We have been frustrated at the slow pace of climate legislation actually making it through to passage by both houses at the Massachusetts State House. We are hoping that the debate would help us identify specific strategies to break through the logjam.
We consider this a sleeves-rolled-up working meeting. We hope we come away energized with a concrete sense of actions we can take to motivate the Massachusetts House and Senate to actually pass hard-hitting and effective legislation that will address the climate crisis in meaningful ways.
Hope to see you there!
John Harris, Co-Chair, Climate Action Brookline
